Usage rules

FuturAI provides spaces to share ideas, collaborate on projects and explore AI prototypes. These rules describe expected use. The operator’s legal identity and complete contractual information still need to be specified.

A Clerk account is required to publish content, join projects and save Arena sessions. The agents’ interactive demo and local Ollama workshop can be used without a FuturAI account. Protect your credentials and API keys. Only use accounts and services you are authorized to access.

Share useful contributions, respect other participants and respect authors’ rights. Hateful content, harassment, impersonation, spam, abusive data collection and unauthorized access attempts are prohibited. Do not bypass access controls or service limits, or manipulate votes and scores.

Only publish content you have the right to share. Public posts are visible to site visitors. Where needed, specify permissions or a license for the projects and files you share. Rights to generated content depend in part on the provider’s terms or the model’s license. FuturAI cannot guarantee that a result is free of third-party rights.

FuturAI’s code is kept in a private repository. For files and projects shared on the site, check the permissions and licenses stated by their authors. Also check licenses for models, images and dependencies before redistributing them.

The Arena uses your own API keys. Providers may charge for each generation under their pricing; check your budget and their terms before sending a request. You can remove your keys in settings. The Ollama workshop uses a model installed on your computer, with no API fees for local generation. It requires installation, a model download and your computer’s resources. The interactive demo makes no AI calls.

Results may contain errors, incomplete code or incorrect claims. Review and test a prototype before using it, running it elsewhere or publishing it. Automated preview checks do not replace functional testing. The Arena may send your prompts and generation context to an external provider. The local workshop keeps results in the tab. You can download the HTML or choose to prepare publication; the selected draft temporarily stays in your browser until publication or expiry.

Features depend on hosting, connectivity and, depending on the mode, an AI provider or your computer. Generation can fail or take several minutes. No particular completion time or result is guaranteed. Prototypes and content are intended for exploration and collaboration. They do not constitute personalized professional advice.

You can remove API keys in settings, edit your profile and use “My data” to export the available categories or delete your account. Some audit records and provider copies may remain. See “Privacy and data” for details.

The operator’s legal identity and a verified contact channel still need to be specified. You can ask a usage question in the site’s public discussions. Do not post personal data, secrets or API keys there.
