Understand roles, evaluations and recorded events on FuturAI. This page describes the available mechanisms and their limitations.
A register shows recorded governance events, including role changes and evaluations. It does not include every site action or private account data.
Evaluations are linked to a panel member. Institutional roles have a weight of 1.5 and volunteer roles a weight of 1. Conflicts of interest can be declared.
You can edit your profile, export the available categories and initiate account deletion. API keys are encrypted in the database. Retention limits are described on the privacy page.
Roles define permitted actions: contribution, evaluation and administration. A role assigned on the site is not, by itself, a professional certification.
Projects and challenges can support several forms of participation. Panels, evaluations and contributors are not provided automatically.
Any member can submit an idea, project, or challenge.
When a panel is set up, invited members can evaluate entries using the available criteria.
Members can vote and comment. An entry’s score combines recorded evaluations and received votes.
Members choose which projects to contribute to. Contributions and versions help track progress.
A signed-in member can share ideas, create or join projects, take part in challenges, comment and vote.
A member with this role can evaluate entries after accepting a panel invitation. Weight: 1. Conflicts of interest should be disclosed.
An institutional role assigned by an administrator. Evaluation requires an accepted panel invitation. Weight: 1.5.
Has access to administration, roles and agent management. Selected governance events are recorded in the register.
